Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a small (20 nm in diameters) replication-defective, nonenveloped virus, which infects humans and some other primate species. AAV is not currently known to cause disease and consequently the virus causes a very mild immune response. AAV can infect both dividing and non-dividing cells and may incorporate its genome into that of the host cell.

With our proprietary genetically engineered AAV·HT™ packaging cell, we are offering the following custom rAAV (conventional or double-stranded also called self-complementary**) production services to fit your different research needs.

3. rAAV Production, Full Service, Pilot Scale: >0.8 ml deliverable at >1E+12 VG/ml* with 2~3 weeks
4. rAAV Production, Full Service, Medium Scale: >2.0 ml deliverable at >1E+12 VG/ml* with 2~3 weeks
5. rAAV Production, Full Service, Large Scale: >1.0 ml deliverable at >1E+13 VG/ml* with 2~3 weeks

With our proprietary genetically engineered AAV·HT™ packaging cell and a modified rAAV cis vector, the rAAV yield is easy to reach super high level--------total 1E+15 VG. For super high level rAAV production up to 1E+15 VG total , please contact us to request a quote.

* Final viral yield may depend on the nature of transgene. For rAAV serotype 2, we guarantee final deliverable of 1.0 ml at >1E+12 VG/ml.
